Every customer’s satisfaction is our top priority and we always want you to be happy with your selection. We do not offer monetary refunds but we offer exchanges or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be at least 90% intact and in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since shipping, we can’t offer you an exchange. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item. If you are approved, then your returned item will be exchanged for your preferred item or store credit.
We will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over, please consider using a tracking no. or purchasing shipping insurance because we can’t guarantee your return's delivery.
